The MØNARC® Arcs de Marche® are 100% carbon Nordic walking poles with an integral curve, the only ones of their kind, designed in France and assembled in France. The one-piece T700 carbon shaft weighs 140 grams per pole, filters vibrations at every support and protects wrists, elbows and shoulders, outing after outing.
The integral curve follows the arm's natural path and directs the push forwards, in the direction of travel: a study by Université Grenoble Alpes measured a push angle of 33°, against 46° for a straight pole. It is the booster effect walkers describe, with a tip that meets the ground more vertically and a more consistent grip. The Nordic walking movement stays the same, it simply becomes more efficient. The arcs are moreover accepted in competition on all circuits in Europe.
Each pair is fitted with cork grips, quick-release straps and tungsten carbide tips, all parts being replaceable. The ready-to-walk pack comes complete with its made-to-measure bag; the pair of bare arcs is for walkers who assemble their own equipment.
Which length to choose?
The length is chosen at purchase, according to your height, using the formula height × 0.68 rounded to the nearest 5 cm.

|---|---|
| up to 1.51 m | 100 cm |
| 1.52 to 1.58 m | 105 cm |
| 1.59 to 1.65 m | 110 cm |
| 1.66 to 1.72 m | 115 cm |
| 1.73 to 1.80 m | 120 cm |
| 1.81 to 1.87 m | 125 cm |
| 1.88 m and above | 130 cm |
If you hesitate between two lengths, our size guide details the elbow test and the special cases.
Frequently asked questions
Are the Arcs de Marche® suitable for beginners?
Yes. Getting started is intuitive and the movement taught in clubs applies as is. Beginners and experienced walkers alike find the same benefit: a better-directed push and fewer vibrations.
What is the difference between the pack and the bare arcs?
The ready-to-walk pack includes the arcs fitted with their grips, straps and tips, with the bag. The bare arcs come without equipment, for specialists who prefer to fit their own components.
Is walking on asphalt possible?
Yes, with rubber pads that protect the tungsten carbide tips, available among the spare parts.
