Shipping policy

Shipments are generally made by Colissimo tracked for France, or any other means at the discretion of MONARC SAS. MONARC SAS is not responsible for the proper delivery of goods and cannot assume their loss.

In case of loss during shipment, after issuance of the deposit receipt with the carrier, it is the recipient who must conduct the research.
