Arcs de Marche® size guide
The length of the Arcs de Marche® is fixed: it is chosen at purchase. It is calculated with the formula height × 0.68. Between two lengths, choose the shorter one. If you already do Nordic walking, stick with the length you usually use.
Which length to choose?

If you are a sporty or experienced walker near the top of your height range, the next length up may also suit you.
Which strap size to choose?
Measure your hand circumference with a tape measure, around the palm, at the knuckles of the four fingers, thumb excluded.
- S: under 18 cm
- M: 18 to 20 cm
- L: over 20 cm
At 100 cm, the strap is only available in S; at 130 cm, only in L.
